Pricing
Complete training packages are $7,000 and includes:

Tools of the Trade (and some very unconventional things
we find useful):
All the tools we feel you will ever need to do this business
(this includes power tools, mixers, professional framing tools,
sculpture tools, etc).

Supplies:
Almost $2,000 worth of frames, supplies, molding gel, etc.
Enough frames and materials to produce 3 large shadow boxes and one framed ornament
for re-sale or to use as samples.
Enough molding gel to cast up to 50 little feet/hands to either practice with,
create samples or use with customers.
These tools and supplies fill more than 2 large totes.
They contain everything we feel you will need to help you start your business.
No detail is overlooked, everything is neatly-packaged, labelled and organized into
categories so you are ready to set up your workshop the minute you get home
from training.
Note: Everyone who attends our course tells me they are astounded at the
amount of supplies, materials and tools that is included.
They say it "feels like Christmas" and even though I specified ‘everything’,
They did not expect as much as there was and for it to be so neatly organized.

Training Binder:
This training binder contains complete, step-by-step instructions and photo
storyboards on things like how to frame a shadow box, ornaments, etc.
This binder contains many invaluable tips and secrets not only that we have learned,
but also from each of our locations and placed in this easy-to read reference format.

Complete Customer Binder:
This binder will probably be the most useful selling tool you will ever have. It is
neatly organized and contains sections with countless photos and examples of
our locations' best work, layout examples, mat and framing combinations, etc.
Your binder will contain retail price lists with photos, customer information sheets,
poem examples, and more.
We would estimate to create one of these binders on your own, you would have to
be in business up to 5 years.
This binder will be invaluable, you will have this to show customers the day you get
back from training!

Attendance at our 2 days hands-on training/workshop:
We find workshops containing groups of 3-4 locations work best.
Everyone benefits from sharing of ideas and learning from everyone's mistakes
and mishaps (and we have such a good time)!
You will learn hands-on each step of the casting process as we explain the tools and
materials, how we use them as well as bring in babies to practice on.
We will teach you step-by-step, how to professionally frame your shadow box using
our innovative and creative techniques.
There will be samples ready for each person to work on at every stage of the process.
Materials and tools you will use at the workshop are also included.
You will complete and bring home beautiful, finished samples that will amaze your family
and friends when you return!
Note: continental breakfast, snacks, treats, gourmet lunch and beverages
throughout the day included.
Accommodations and travel to and from the workshop are not included.
Note: for your convenience, we offer our workshops in both Canada and the
US. Please contact me for information on dates of our next workshop and
the location.

Certificate of Completion:
You will receive a custom-framed certificate with your name, date and seal
signifying you attended the Wee Piggies Training Workshop.

Use of our Suppliers:
We are proud to say we deal with, in our opinion, the best framing wholesaler in
the industry, their reputation, commitment to quality and customer service is
second to none. We have worked closely with them in the past few years to
custom-design our 'standard' sizes and mat packages and also have a multitude
of 'custom' sizes, colors and depths available to our Piggies as well.
All this is framing 'know-how' is well-laid out in an easy-to-follow package which
makes choosing and ordering frames a simple process.
You have the option of choosing to work with them and purchase frames, mats
and framing supplies at their wholesale prices, or of course you can work with and
purchase frames and materials with any other framer you choose, the choice is
yours.

Use of printing and signage templates:
The pricing we have secured on printing is amazing! We pay .06/each for top-
quality 4x6 postcards (full colour both sides) and .03/each for the same quality,
full colour business cards. These prices are passed down to you and you order
directly from our printer.
Our templates have been designed and archived for you, there may be a
small set-up charge for the printer to insert your name and logo (but this is
a one-time fee and usually no more than $35).

Business Name:
Since we are not a 'Franchise', locations in the US are not able to use a common
name or Trademark. We can help you decide on a trade name and of course,
you will receive certification as an official 'Wee Piggies' Consultant.

Use of Private Forum:
Our private forum is protected, monitored and accessible to our trainees only.
Although very large, it is well laid out, organized and easy to use. It contains
over 1,000 posts from fellow Piggies discussing and sharing ideas and experiences
of what has worked for them (and what has not).
This forum is a great tool and an easy way to bring our Piggies together to discuss
business (and non-business) related topics that are of interest to them.

Support and Guidance:
This is so crucial to the success of your own business!
Ongoing support is always there, not only from your Head Office but from other
Piggies as well. I am so proud to hear when someone starts how welcomed they
feel, “It is like I am being welcomed into a large family” everyone says.
You will find everyone will be willing and eager to assist you anyway they can.
No matter where you live, there is always someone there to help you, answer
your questions or concerns or just listen.
This is the basis for our growth - it is our network of people who make us who we
are, who continually help us grow and even at times, give us that push we need to
achieve our goals and get us to where we desire to be.
